It's been almost a year since I had last released a recording under Xeh. Here's some songs I've been working on for the last couple of months. The first 3 tracks were recorded on a stereo tape deck while the others were recorded live on a mono cassette tape recorder.

I've recently been dabbling in the sea of ambient electronic music such as techno dub and house (more specifically deep house). I've been listening to Deep House myself for quite some time, maybe a couple of years now. Not getting myself too far into the door until recently. That's also when I've started to discover Techno Dub. In continuation on the adventures of experimenting with the SP-404 sampler. These are old tracks and records of progression of this sort of experimentation. First track ever produced, well first one isn't on this, but Proto is one of the first recorded on this album. Hence Proto for prototype. I've also tried to use white noise wind sounding effect in the background of some tracks as inspired by Echochord's Rod Modell style of using the empty mixer board tracks to be recorded. Although I used other methods to achieve this sound instead of this feature. Being recorded on to stereo cassette, this also pregnated the sound of the ambient wind noise. This was also the first time I've used keyboards on a track I believe. Having the keyboard set into an abundance of effects and manipulated then sequenced with sampled drum loops. Album covers were taken on 50 iso Ilford film used for long exposures, which was sitting in my camera for some time. So why not use it for long exposure I thought and place them on here. All tracks were recorded onto c-60 cassette on a stereo tape deck. Then digitally dropped down to mono. 20 cassette copies were also duplicated, awaiting release fairly soon. Happy 2017 everyone! I've just recently released a new cassette featuring songs and recordings of me messing around on the SP-404 sampler. Leaving off with the adult swim bumps that were done with the 8ball55 electronic project, this goes in that direction and flow. Although this time with more hands on sampler equipment and recorded straight onto a c60 tape using a stereo tape deck. With the exception of a few tracks which were done on FL studio, then dropped down to tape. I've released the music files from the tape onto the bandcamp links below. A pressing of 20 copies on cassette are also for sale Although the quality of the cassettes are not the best(due to duplicator error) there is also a free download code for a, I'd say, more clear quality of the tape. 8ball55 - Stir-Fry Mixtape

First album I have made in a while. The latest album released near the end of July, Ludovico Technique. This was recorded over the course of May and the last couple of tracks were added in July. The intention of centering this album around A Clockwork Orange theme was a long time longing of mine. The album gives a glimpse around the torture, pain, and simply the experience of the notorius Ludovico Technique. The album has tracks starting with Number Stations, which were broadcasted around the Soviet Union, with an eerie, but vague message crossed in the lines. I tried, poorly, mimicking this feeling within those messages. Of course these were minimals in the Soviet Union, however I felt it was a necessary starting point since the dystopia of A Clockwork Orange was placed in a future with inexplicit hints of Soviet elements. Implied in the movie that England was long taken with Soviet culture. The next track after follows into the beginning of the Ludovico Technique, this takes place outside of the mental state and into what is shown to be Alex getting set into the tools to conduct the Ludovico Technique. The following tracks imply the struggle between Alex's inner concious of ultraviolence, sin and vice against the intended result with the experiment such as a complying member of social normity. Each track in this stage reaches a deeper level of Alex's sub concious. His surroundings getting farther and farther down and the experiment moves it's ways into shaping his mental state and moving against the waves of each stage until it reaches the bottom. A point where only an endless horizon of the mental state can be visually touched but intangible by any physical being of any form. Much like a far out horizon looking into the ocean. I shaped each track to lead up to that point. After that the track moves back into another number station. AE-78, under it's 12th broadcast. This was inspired by a dream I had a while back on a road trip. I fell asleep during the trip while listening to a noise EP. During my sleep I had a vision of a dystopian future filled under a smog aura in the air and dense charcoal rock as Earth. The surrounding noise was polluted with the soundtrack of harshening noise, blistering the ears the whole time. In this dream I had opened a charcoal box labeled "AE-78" with a sepia tinted, but vague and marred by age and time, photo graph of 4 people. In this dream it was implied these were a band or a group. Those present in the photograph had deathrock style aesthetic. Somehow in the middle of this I had decided to consume the asphault rock laid on the charcoal earth which had a very bitter throat hardening taste. After bringing the box home I was peirced by a crecendo of the surrounding buzz and industrial noise, along with the taste of the rock swelling the stomach and throat linings. This sickness has continued on until everything faded out into my awakening. However after waking up the taste and aura of the dystopia still lingered. After the AE-78 broadcast track Alex is awaken back to the surface of his concious, the first level where connection of all 5 senses are present. In other words, being present in reality. This track presents Alex during the Ludovico Process. Torture and sickness swirling. The pain and all 5 levels of his mental state being in constant struggle to be within his control. Untimately leading to a failure and lost battle. Which closes to the last track. The shut off the tools used for the Ludovico Technique, also symbolizing the disconnection of Alex's previous mental state. The disconection of sin, lust, and ultimately ultraviolence.

A new project with Zack Benlan I am experimenting with. This is our first EP. Facing Zack on Drums and me on vocals/noise. This is more toward drum noise works. Mostly influenced by Brian Chippendale's Lightning Bolt. All 7 tracks were recorded in Mapoochay Studios on April 1st, 2016. No April Fools. This album is very much fooling. There are some DotA 2 references I added into the notes and lyrics of this album. Sort of hidden in the shadows of context. I hope you would Enjoy.

The second album of Xeh. Reverting back to the industrial sounds of the project Baal. Although this time, due to the variety of equipment, a heavier album than Secrets. Much darker and less civilized. Album was mostly inspired by power violence of Whitehouse, and industrial post-apocalyptic movies. The center theme of this album is birth and death of a machine. Slowly transitions to being trapped in a future bland life. This album was recorded in February. Enjoy the album.

This album was recorded over the course of January 2016. I have never gotten around to uploading it for some reason, but since it's near the end of winter I decided to get this thing out there before things change. I decided a while ago to experiment with no-fi recordings and create it under a new project LSGY. Heavily inspired by OCS's late 90's early 2000's releases and the winter mood. Maybe you will enjoy this piece of (shit) non-music.

Wristphallia is a collective of songs that I and Nick Baker performed in the Baker garage in January 2016. Little over a month ago. All of these songs were recorded on a small digital voice recorder. This recording had elements of krautrock, garage punk, neo psychedelia, and no wave. Nick Baker is on vocals and drums, while I am on guitar. If anything this is more of a slight, reincarnation.

The first release of the band Xeh. Xeh is the redone project of Baal. I believed changing the name from Baal to Xeh was necessary due to the fact that there was many different bands under the name "Baal" which were also within the same genre realm, which I did not want to cause any misconception. Xeh, inverse of Hex meaning six. To keep things simple, Xeh will be the son of the dying Baal. In Urieknutie I delved more into the sounds of ambients and psychedelia manipulating the guitar tone to my likings. The album starts out with the track Araw, meaning sun, implying the rising sun with a rich warm tone of birth and newbringing. The song transitions across this theme in a spectrum of light to dark. Tracks Judas, based off Judas Iscariot, and Enigma represent the end of the spectrum with a finishing prototype of the last breath of the life of the spectrum. This was recorded through a stereo tape deck on a C-110 tape which has tracks 1-4 on side A and 5-7 on side b. All tracks were performed by Shayan Shafii in January 2016.

Secrets is the first full length album by Baal. Consisting of 27 tracks. Tracks 1-2 and 14-18 were recorded in Mapoochay studios on a 4 track recorder. Rest of the tracks were recorded in my living room. Track 1-2 feature Kelly Ribiat on drums and were also taken from the first demo in November. Tracks 7 and 10 feature Fernando. Track 4 title was inspired by an event earlier this New Years. Track 6 relates the parent-child relation of inner hate and disconnection. Tracks 1-2 recorded on November 25, 2015. Tracks 15-18 recorded December 19, 2015. Rest were recorded on January 4, 2016 on a stereo cassette deck using a Maxell C-90 as a master tape. Each side of this album has a different theme, let alone each song plays in role in these themes. Most songs on side A represent the same theme for the past demo, the power of speech. The theme of side B represents anger, hate, dillusion and disconnection from reality. This is both in tone into the songs and in the track's titles. side C represents Dystopia, influenced by reoccuring dreams I have been experiencing within a dystopian setting induced by unknown and mysterious forces. Feelings of being trapped for eternity, this is especially represented in the title "Eternal Dream Loop" which is on side B, but included as a transition to side C. Side D represents the potential destruction by technology. Evident in "Technological Singularity" which is a theory stemed from Moore's Law that AI, artificial intelligence, will begin to create itself. Thus reproducing much faster than humans, which will eventually lead to the AI's domination. Cassette running time approx. 90 minutes. Wav files are 1 GB. To save space download the MP3 version.

Scripts of the Divine Language is a 3 song demo tape of the noise band Baal. This was the first noise tape I have recorded and released. The center theme of the Scripts of the Divine Language is the power of speech and speech beyond the realm of human comprehention. This recording is a of the speech of higher powered beings. Language and text is just a medium for our ideas to be brought upon the physical and tangible world. Ideas are in one language beyond our realm. The figure of thought. Higher powered beings use this form of speech. It is beoyond any sub concious realm. First track is "Signs of a Higher Powered Being", which isn't my most favorite track since we recorded the drums without knowing the safe was on. So it's just vocals and no-input mixing. After putting it onto the computer I edited it, which sounds somewhat better than the original tape. Second song is "Resonance of the Abyss", refering to vibrations resonating from the underworld. This track features drums, tribal drums which add more primal emotions to the music. Last track, "Language of God (Angelican)" Features a new experimentation with not only the drums, but also the sampler. Each track progresses with power and all from the ability of instinct. All tracks performed by me using the mixer and vocals. Tracks 2 and 3 feature Kelly Ribiat on drums. Tracks 3 feature Jose Torres's sampler. Be warned, you must keep the volume down.

Quake level about the 5 levels of Hell. The final level of the underworld is where the Prince of the Abyss exists. First level is is on earth. but it's the gateway to the underworld, locatedin an underground base in the outskirts of town. Worshippers who believe in the cause for the Dark Lord appear here. There will be an excommunication between the human worshippers and a demon knight from the underworld. You will need to kill them all in order to pass. The teleportation device will be inside of the room in the middle, where it is above a dog's nest. Once you have entered the portal to the underworld, you will be inside of a small corridor which leads you into the 2nd level. This small corridor is only blocked by 1 human. In the second level you need to find 2 keys, silver and gold. You will begin to feel a dark force surround this atmosphere. This level is the last one to feature humans and more demons are in this approach. This level also feature a secret. After you reach the gold door, you will need to cross the bridge of the pit. If you do fall, you will die. This door leads to the slaughterhouse. The Slaughterhouse is a total mess. Be prepared because there will be waves of thousands of hell spawns. This is the demon's nest. Where the Prince of the Abyss barracks the demons for reprouction. Next level is the corridor where it's a small tunnel way into the lair of the Prince of the Abyss. Once you finish the small tunnel, you will go into a small radioactive room which is the time and space alteration to the 5th dimension. Once you leave the room you will be in the bottom pit of all the levels, the lair. The lair has a starting point into a room in a dark empty void in space. You will grab all the equipment you need and move into the teleporter to take you to where the prince of darkness lays. The highest concentration of the dark force is the most dense in this area. The source of the resonance of dark energy from the levels above. Defeat the guards and you won't be able to destroy the final boss with man made weapons. You must jump into the heart of the beast through the psycho kinetic door at the bridge and jump off the bridge into the lava where it will teleport you to the inners of the prince of the Abyss. To download this map place all .bsp files into "Quake/id1/maps" folder in your quake folder. You may need to create the "maps" folder. After that start up the game and type in "map IconOfHell" and it will start the game. Enjoy! The first unfinished map of Quake. Hopefully soon I will create Doom maps, so keep updated!

The first time I have done a EP release from this electronic project. Gone EP has a different approach than the other releases. In this I have experimented with Boom Bap sounds and sampling. Not the most professional sounding, but it's an experimentation. Bebop is based off Cowboy Bebop, I have uploaded a music video with Cowboy Bebop, you can check it out in the "Weird Stuff" page. "Fail" is kind of a fail song that I just slapped on there. Not much structure, but it was a sound test. Gone EP will be the second release of 8ball55. The album cover was taken near the end of August 2015, and the back album cover was taken just a few days ago.

Once you download this go to your Quake folder then create a new folder in "id1" and call it "maps". Place this bsp file in there and then open up quake. Once you open it up press the "`" button on the keyboard to open console and then type "map iconofhell" and you are ready to go!

3 AM Walk was released on March 2015. Almost 8 months ago. It was the first album I had ever released, using FL Studio. I was fairly new to the program so it's not the most professional work. This album contains a few ambient tracks as well as some drum and bass type music. Influenced by Adult Swim bumps which use these type of atmospheric electronic music. This was released on my record label which only has a few (and soon to be growing) numbers of albums released on there. But please download and enjoy!
